    Super vitamin D.

    Vitamin D has work wonders by reducing sickness ie. colds and sniffles. Lifts your mood and energy levels. Such a small tablets has so much power to increase your wellbeing as well as helping with SAD. IMO doctors should be looking deeper into these higher doses to help reduce the need for antidepressants.
